Worthington home new roof

Muth and Company is pleased to introduce one of our newest employees, Anthony Amick, who has been with us for “two glorious months” (his words!) He says he is happy working for the best roofing company in Columbus, and is in awe of the support he has received from his co-workers and upper management, especially considering how new he is to the industry. A resident of Grove City, Anthony is a hard worker who is currently taking online classes in pursuit of an accounting degree, in addition to fulfilling his responsibilities as Muth’s payroll and accounts payable processor. His job includes paying all company expenses and ensuring the employees get paid properly as he continues his ongoing training.

Anthony Amick

“Anthony is a pleasure to work with and teach,” says Chad Muth, president of Muth and Company Roofing. “Although it has been challenging introducing and teaching him about roofing, he seems to be a quick study. He has quickly become a big part of the Muth family and we’re glad to have him on the team.” Anthony has already passed his GAF Master Elite® test.

Anthony feels that his greatest strength is his ability to be a great team player and do whatever is necessary to make the company better every day. He believes that what makes Muth and Company different from other roofing companies in Columbus is the care given to the customers. “Muth and Company works to make sure every customer gets what they need and will take care of the customer long after the work has been completed. Muth and Company’s relationship with its customers is second to none.”

Anthony is a family man who has been married to his wife, Melissa, for 15 years. They are the proud parents of four amazing kids: 17-year-old Katherine, 11-year-old Madison and 5-year-old twins, Alexandria and Bailee. He is an avid bowler and Ohio State fan, and can be found in front of the television any time the Buckeyes are playing.

Another interest that is close to Anthony’s heart is the work that he and Melissa do with Mended Little Hearts of Columbus, a group that helps children with congenital heart defects live their lives as normally as possible. “My daughter Alexandria was born with a small heart defect,” says Anthony. “This group has helped us out, and we do all that we can to return the favor.”

One piece of advice Anthony would give to others is to relax and enjoy every little bit of time you are given. To quote one of his favorite movie lines, “Don’t take life too seriously… you’ll never get out alive.”

Thanks, Anthony, for being an important part of the Muth and Company team!
