Our Roofing Production Process
Muth & Company Roofing takes pride in protecting your home while delivering the highest level of quality and customer service throughout our roofing process. The re-roof process can be a messy one, but our goal is to leave your home better than we found it.
Once you have signed your contract, you will hear from our production office typically within 48 hours. In our initial "pre-production" call, we will confirm the details of your project, go over our process again, and set expectations. When it is time to start, you will then receive a "scheduling" call. Scheduling in the roofing industry is always weather dependent.
Once the crew has started, a Field Supervisor will arrive on-site to closely inspect the process. You will be notified of any change orders and wood that needs to be replaced. Then, we will start the "dry-in" process, where we will install our leak barrier (Weather Watch) and our synthetic underlayment (Tiger Paw) followed by our oversized drip edge.
The next step is the installation of roofing intake vents if needed, and then the actual installation of the shingles. Muth & Company Roofing prides itself on what's beneath the roof. Despite modern advancements in shingles, we still take care to have perfect nail pattern and placement.
Clean & Wrap-Up
After the shingles are installed, the ventilation system is in place, and the roof is completed, we will clean up any remaining debris on the ground. When the crew is completely wrapped up, they will take the dumpster with them and leave any extra material neatly stacked in your driveway.
Finally, our supervisor will pick up any remaining materials and perform their "final inspection." Once our final inspection and any touch-ups are completed, the file will be turned over to your roof consultant for the final paperwork.
